How can I purchase and set up the KnowRoaming eSIM?

The KnowRoaming eSIM can be purchased on our website Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a QR code, on the payment confirmation screen as well as via email.

Follow these steps to add the eSIM to your device:

For iPhone users

  • Go to your device Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data > Add Cellular Plan
  • Scan the QR code provided by KnowRoaming
  • Tap Add Cellular Plan
  • Choose Secondary Label and change the name to KnowRoaming
  • Select the option for ‘Use KnowRoaming for cellular data only’ and tap Continue
  • Select the option for ‘Use Primary as the preferred line’ and tap Done
  • The KnowRoaming eSIM is now ready to be used as your Cellular data plan.

For Android users

  • Go to your device Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network> Add More
  • Tap Don’t have the SIM card? > Download your SIM > Tap Next
  • Scan the QR code provided by KnowRoaming
  • Tap on Activate
  • Tap on Telna or KnowRoaming
