How do I Add/Remove a user from Cronus?

To add a new Cronus user:

Telna Settings > User Management > Invite New User


Input the email address of the new user, choose their Permission Group, and then send the invitation..


The user will receive an email with a link to create an account. The user must complete the account creation process before being able to sign into the portal.


To remove a Cronus user:

Please send your request to support@telna.com.
