The troubleshooting tool is used to obtain active data session information about a single ICCID or a single IMSI.
Network View > Troubleshooting > Enter the ICCID > Submit
Please note that you will only be able to see results from this query if there’s an open data session. No results indicates that there are no open sessions and you can proceed to check from the data CDRs when was the last session if there’s any.
