Under Networking View on the left menu, select Location Updates, enter the ICCID, and look under the Connection Status column.
Voice Location Update Type:
- Direct: When the network on the whitelist has been set to “Direct” status. If there is no MSISDN assigned or a rate for Voice defined, the customer would NOT be able to place a call and this would just be for signaling purposes
- Callback: When the network on the whitelist has been set to “Callback” status. If there is no MSISDN assigned or a rate for Voice defined, the customer would NOT be able to place a call and this would just be for signaling purposes
- Pilot: When the network on the whitelist has been set to “Pilot” status. Only for a signaling perspective for the ICCID to register on the network
- SMS_Only: Only relates to if there are any inbound/outbound SMSs being sent
- N/A: This can happen due to the following reasons:
- If the network is not supported on the IMSI profile as per the whitelist
- If the network is in “Blocked” status on the whitelist for voice
Data Location Update Type:
- Data Allowed: When the network is open for services and the customer can successfully attach to the network
- N/A: This can happen due to the following reasons:
- If the network is not supported on the IMSI profile as per the Whitelist
- If the network is in “Blocked” status on the Whitelist for Data
