Why is the Package not activating?

Check the Activation type at the bottom and check if it was met to activate the package.


If Upon Location Update - Check that the ICCID has a successful Location Update with the allowed IMSI / Network combination as per their whitelist. 


If Upon PDP session - Check that the LU is successful and the APN and data roaming settings are set correctly in the device


If Upon API trigger - Ask the user to perform an API call to activate the data package
