Typical Troubleshooting Flow

Checking the SIM Status and Provisioning
 Provisioning > SIMs (Search the SIM via ICCID) > SIM Details > Overview 

  • Confirm Service Status
  • Confirm the IMSI(s) provisioned to SIM
  • Confirm the APNs provisioned
  • Confirm the Active Package(s) Summary


Checking the Package Status and Eligibility

Provisioning > SIMs (Search the SIM via ICCID) > SIM Details > Rating and Charging


 Confirm the Available Package, Status, and Eligibility.

  • Confirm Package Status: Active, Not Active, or Terminated
  • Confirm if the SIM is online in a country supported by the package
    • Checking Supported Countries ( Package Details > Supported Countries)
      • If the country is not supported, switch to eSIM with a package for the required country or wait for the user to arrive in the supported country.
    • Check if and where SIM is Online (Networking View > Location Updates)
      • If SIM is not online, confirm that eSIM is enabled and the device is trying to connect to the supported network.
  • Confirm if the APN provisioned is correctly inputted into device settings.


Checking the Supported Networks

Provisioning > SIMs (Search the SIM via ICCID) > SIM Details > Overview > General > Whitelist > Whitelist Entries


You can use the dropdown menu to browse the supported countries, IMISs, and networks.
 This can also be achieved by using the Export CSV option and checking for ALLOWED network entries.
