How do I activate a Package?

  1. Under Provisioning > select SIMs > enter ICCID > click search then click the ICCID in the Results.
  2. Select the Rating and Charging tab. Under the SIM Packages > Active or Available Packages, select the Package ID that you wish to activate. 
  3. The Package Details page will be displayed. On the right side, click on Edit. Under the Package Status, select Active, then click Save.

Please note that manual activation in the Portal currently only works when the Activation type is set to Upon API Trigger, or Upon Location Update.
