The Balance Drains From can be configured to draw from either the SIM Balance or the Billing Group Balance.
SIM Balance will use either an amount allocated to the SIM individually (charged as pay-as-you-go) or an assigned data package. Between the two, the package will be utilized first, before it uses the allocated amount.
Billing Group Balance is a parent balance shared among all SIMs belonging to the same group.
