Check Package Status

Provisioning > SIMS > View All Packages on SIM > SIM Packages > Select

  1. Active or Available Packages 
  2. Terminated Packages



Package Status:

  1. Active: The package is currently active
  2. Inactive: The package has been assigned to the SIM but is in the Inactive state awaiting activation
  3. Terminated:A terminated status shows up due to the following reasons:
    1. The package was forcefully terminated through the backend API
    2. The SIM has consumed all of the data that was allowed to be used on the package
    3. The duration of the package has expired
