Under Provisioning > select SIMs > enter ICCID > click search then click the ICCID in the Results.
Select the Rating and Charging tab. Under the SIM Packages Section, on the right-hand side, select Add Package to SIM.
Check the box next to the package template(s) to add to the SIMs (multiple package templates may be selected), then on the bottom left, enter the quantity of packages to add to the SIMs, then click on Review Submission. next
A summary of the selected package(s) will be displayed, then click on Add Package(s) to SIM.
A progress bar will appear saying “All requests have been processed” once complete and a summary of the added packages will be displayed.
For a sim to be able to utilize a data package, also ensure that the Balance Drains From is set to SIM Balance.
